1. Eligibility and onboarding
A creator must provide accurate information, have legal capacity to contract and complete any verification reasonably required by Ravorec or its payment providers. Ravorec may restrict seller tools until verification is complete.
2. Ownership and authorisation
The creator represents that they own, or are authorised to use and license, every element of each listing. This includes the model, included files, images, videos, names, logos and descriptive material. The creator must not upload copied, counterfeit or otherwise infringing content.
3. Listings and product quality
Listings must be accurate, complete and not misleading. Creators must identify important compatibility requirements, assembly risks, required components and licence terms. Files must be usable, reasonably organised and free from malicious code.
4. Licence granted to Ravorec
The creator grants Ravorec a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, technically process, display and promote listing content as necessary to operate and market the marketplace. This licence does not transfer ownership of the model.
5. Pricing, commission and taxes
The creator sets the product price subject to platform rules. Ravorec deducts the commission disclosed in the seller interface or applicable commercial terms. The creator remains responsible for taxes, registrations, invoices and declarations legally assigned to the creator, except where the law requires the platform or payment provider to act.
6. Payments, reserves and payouts
Payouts depend on successful payment, applicable waiting periods, minimum thresholds, verification and absence of unresolved refunds, fraud or disputes. Ravorec may delay or offset payouts where reasonably necessary to cover refunds, chargebacks, legal claims or negative balances.
7. Updates and buyer support
Creators should maintain purchased files, correct material defects and respond reasonably to support requests. Removing a listing does not automatically end obligations relating to earlier sales.
8. Review of submitted content
To operate and secure the marketplace, Ravorec may allow specifically authorised personnel and technical service providers acting on its instructions to access, download, scan, render or otherwise inspect files submitted by a creator. Such review is limited to purposes reasonably connected with file safety, listing accuracy, technical consistency, compliance with these terms and applicable law, suspected infringement of third-party rights, or a user report.
Ravorec restricts access to people who require it for those purposes, records administrative access where technically available, and does not acquire ownership of submitted files as a result of the review. The creator remains responsible for ensuring that the uploaded content may lawfully be submitted, reviewed and distributed through Ravorec. A moderation review is not a certification of printability, mechanical safety, originality or legal compliance.
9. Suspension and removal
Ravorec may reject, hide or remove a listing and may restrict or terminate a seller account for legal, safety, security, quality, payment or policy reasons. Where appropriate, the creator will be informed of the reason and available review process.
10. Records and cooperation
Creators must retain information reasonably necessary to demonstrate ownership, licences, business status and transaction compliance, and must cooperate with lawful requests, payment disputes and credible intellectual-property claims.
11. Contact
Seller questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
