How do downloads work?
After a successful purchase or free acquisition, the files are available from My Purchases. Updates uploaded by the creator remain available to previous buyers.
Can I print and resell a model?
Usage depends on the licence shown on the product page. Source files may not be redistributed unless the licence explicitly allows it.
How do free products work?
Free products bypass Stripe. After accepting the digital-delivery terms, the product is added directly to your library.
How much commission does Ravorec charge?
The applicable commission is shown in the creator account and deducted from paid sales. Free acquisitions generate no commission.
Why are seller funds held?
Funds are held before payout to cover payment processing, refunds and disputes. The current payout rules are displayed in the seller wallet.
Can creators update their files?
Yes. Replacing or adding files makes the latest version available to customers who already acquired the product.
How can I report a product?
Use the Report this product link on its page. The moderation team can then review the listing and its supporting information.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Paid products use Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods depend on the buyer's country, device and the options enabled on Ravorec's Stripe account. Ravorec never stores full card details.
When is a paid product added to my library?
Access is granted after Stripe confirms the payment. The files then appear in My Purchases and remain available for later downloads and creator updates.
What happens if a payment fails or remains pending?
The product is not unlocked until payment confirmation is received. Pending or failed payments can be reviewed from the order and payment records.
How are creator earnings calculated?
Ravorec applies the creator's commission rate to the amount actually paid. The remaining seller share is recorded in the Seller Wallet. Free acquisitions generate no seller earnings or commission.
Why are creator earnings held for 30 days?
The protection period gives time to handle refunds, payment disputes and fraud checks. After the hold period, eligible earnings become Available in the Seller Wallet.
How do Stripe Connect payouts work?
Creators connect and verify a Stripe account. Once at least €5 is available, a creator can request a payout. Ravorec automatically creates the Stripe Connect transfer; normal requests do not require manual administrator processing.
Are payout fees deducted?
The estimated Stripe payout fee is displayed before a request and is deducted from the creator's payout according to Ravorec's current payout policy and Stripe pricing configuration.
What if a creator never requests a payout?
Available earnings are automatically grouped for payout when the oldest eligible amount reaches the maximum holding period stated in the Seller Wallet, even if the total is below the normal minimum.
How do refunds affect creator earnings?
Before payout, the corresponding seller earnings are removed from the available balance. If a transfer was already made, Ravorec may initiate a Stripe transfer reversal and record it in the financial ledger.
